By visiting our website or booking a technician, you agree to follow these simple Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Arrival Times

RoadsideCarFixUp provides on-site car breakdown support and part installations across Bengaluru. We always try to reach you as fast as possible. However, exact arrival times depend on city traffic, weather conditions, and how far away our nearest technician is.

2. Pricing and Payment

Our technicians will explain the work and provide a clear cost estimate before starting any repair. Once you give them the go-ahead, they will begin. Payment is due immediately as soon as the service is completed. We accept UPI, Cards, and Cash.

3. Customer Responsibility

You must make sure your car is parked in a safe and accessible spot where our mechanics can work without danger. You or an authorized adult must stay with the vehicle while the repair is taking place.

4. Part Warranties

We use high-quality, reliable replacement parts. Any warranty on parts is provided directly by the component manufacturer. We are not responsible for any pre-existing car issues or damage that happens if you drive the car against our technician's advice.
